Nice to see a fellow Hall member here.  Hopefully more will join us in the support of this movement.
Hail from Arthur's Hall of Viking Manliness!

Or you could just carefully carry on campus and not tell anyone!

Concealed carry on campus is a wonderful idea.  It should be embraced by all who have kids that attend higher education.  Unfortunately, the higher education has little common sense and relies on media to fuel it's little thoughts.  All one has to do is ask if passing a law to keep a firearm off a campus actually KEEPS some criminal from coming on the campus with the intent to harm or murder?  Would a sign stop a slayer?  If you wanted to kill a bear with the least amount of concern for YOUR safety you would shoot one in a zoo, one that was behind bars that would be defensless (schools  aka gun free).  If you were to go to the woods, with nothing but your bare hands and skills, and attack a bear, which chance would you have at coming away unscathed, the zoo or the woods?  Which choice do you think the criminal makes?  Attack some spot that they may have concealed guns and get shot, or shoot it up at some school, church, or other area that you KNOW that all law abiding folks are defensless to shoot back at you?  Pretty obvious.. but our liberal legislators are kind of blind sided in common sense.

I am fully in favor of allowing College students to carry if qualified, currently we entrust them with something far more dangerous in unskilled hands.....the vote :worried:

I have had the pleasure to meet and speak with a couple of young men in Ohio that belong this organization. They are responsible and motivated young men who just want the means to protect themselves. I support this group fully.

Spoken like a future convict.  Do you really want a firearm felony?  Me thinks NOT.  Get a license to carry concealed, help get these initiatives passed, and then carry LEGALLY.  As much as I absolutely LOATHE disarming myself to enter a post office or airport (or whatever PFZs), I must abide by the laws.  It's not worth losing my guns, my rights, and possibly my very freedom, and wearing that black eye for years to come.  In short, illegally carrying firearms is a stupid thing to do - don't do it.  Be part of the solution, not part of the problem.

Speaking of Post Office.  Isn't the Post Office considered a private institution now, not goverend by the Federal Government?  If that were the case a P.O. building would not be a federal building, would it?

There was a blog on another site that the lawyer had pointed out that accoriding to the statutes, you cannot carry in a post office unless it is incident to lawful use (paraphrased).  Which, Concealed carry would be lawful use.
